Tree top rides highlight tree festival

The Connecticut Tree Festival returns Saturday, May 16, with its two popular rides to the treetops of Cranbury Park for young people.

This cyanotype, Japanese Painted Fern, by Pam Rouleau, will be among the works exhibited in A Celebration of Trees, opening April 22 at the G&B Cultural Center in Georgetown.

“A Celebration of Trees” will showcase paintings, sculptures, mixed media and photography of Connecticut artists at the G&B Cultural Center, April 22-May 6.
